Gift cards purchased via kookai.co.nz can be redeemed for merchandise online in NZD or in Kookai boutiques across New Zealand.
E-gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be refunded or replaced.
E-gift cards cannot be reloaded and any unused balance will remain on the card until expiry.
E-gift cards are valid for 3 years from the original date of issue.
E-gift cards will be delivered to the email address entered above, and will be delivered separately to your order confirmation email.
