Changing Orders +-

Should you wish to change your order after your payment has been processed, please contact us immediately by emailing concierge@kookai.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate your request.  

 

Payment +-

All payments for items purchased through the KOOKAÏ E-Boutique will be made through a secure payment gateway. A proof of purchase receipt for the transaction will be sent to you along with your purchase.We accept: Visa and Mastercard.

 

Delivery times and Postage Cost +-

We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 3-5 Business days to receive your parcel.

During peak seasons, orders may take additional days which will be communicated at checkout.

 

Postage is a Flat Rate of £15 per order.

 

Tracking orders +-

You can track your order here.

 

Faulty garments +-

If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact the KOOKAÏ E-Boutique and they will endeavour to either find a replacement or issue a refund, subject to our Terms and Conditions

 

Gift Wrapping +-

All items purchased through the KOOKAÏ E-Boutique will be wrapped in KOOKAÏ’s signature blue tissue paper with a KOOKAÏ sticker at no additional charge. Additional giftwrapping services may be available on request.

 

KOOKAÏ Sizing +-

Please refer to our Sizing Chart on each individual product page. If the item you have ordered is not the correct size, please contact the KOOKAÏ E-Boutique to arrange an exchange.
