Entry Restrictions

Competition Period

Commencing at 6:00pm (AEST) Friday 6th June 2025, concluding at 11:59pm (AEST) Monday 9th June 2025.

Entry Method

To enter the Competition during the Competition Period, entrants must:

  1. Like the specified Instagram video,
  2. Tag a friend in the comments of the specified Instagram video, and
  3. Follow @kookai_australia on Instagram.

Each tag of friend in the comments of the specified Instagram video is a new entry.

Prize

There is 1 Prize to be won. The winner may choose 3 outfits from the Vacation Edit, 1 piece of jewellery and a pair of Tova Thong Heels. All items are subject to availability. The total Prize pool is up to $2000AUD depending on the items chosen for the Prize.

All Prizes are listed in AUD.

Multiple entries are allowed.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via their Instagram direct message by the Promoters on the day following the relevant daily competition.

Prize Claim Date and Time

The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s given postal address or email address as relevant, as soon as practicable after the end of the Competition Period.

  1. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions.  By entering, entrants accept these conditions.
  2. Entries must be received during the Competition Period.  Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are posted by the entrant. The Promoters are not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, communications failure or otherwise.  Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the Internet.   
  3. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Winner Notification.
  5. The Promoters may require entrants to provide proof of identity, age and/or proof of address for purposes of confirming your eligibility. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.

  1. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  Any unredeemed portion of the Prize will be forfeited. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in Prize value.  If a Prize or any element of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoters may substitute for that Prize or element of that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoters.
  2. The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  3. The winner is responsible for ensuring they provide the correct email address and address for delivery of the Prize, and for ensuring the security of the Prize after receipt.
  4. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with accessing the Promoters’ website in order to redeem the Prize.
  5. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoters, the Promoters may in their sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
