We've just opened our very first KOOKAÏ store in the heart of Soho, London and we're looking for an organised, product-focused Stock Manager to join our founding team.
This role is at the heart of how our store operates. If you love product, take pride in a well-run back-of-house, and thrive on keeping things moving efficiently, this is the role for you.
As our Stock Manager, you'll take full ownership of our stock operations from the moment deliveries arrive through to ensuring product is processed, organised and floor-ready. You'll work closely with our Retail Operations team to maintain stock accuracy using our RFID technology and play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly behind the scenes. You will also be supporting the team by providing exceptional customer service on the shop floor.
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week and working Tuesday to Saturday.
What you'll be doing
Your focus will be on keeping our product moving accurately and efficiently. Day to day, you can expect to:
- Manage and coordinate all weekly stock deliveries from unpacking, processing accurately and organising product efficiently
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy
- Manage all stock replenishment and transfers, ensuring the shop floor is always well-stocked
- Coordinate all excess product, both in-store and offsite where applicable
- Educate and support the store team on stock processes and best practice
- Complete product reporting and consolidations
- Work alongside management to uphold loss prevention standards
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-run back-of-house environment
- Support and uphold exceptional customer service when allocated to work on the shop floor
